Journal Entry: “When You Feel Ashamed…”

“I can’t say enough how very much I appreciate the unbelievably friendly service here. Its amazing how important and vital it seems in this type of situation. When the last thing you feel like doing is smiling, it’s nice to at least see them on others. When you feel ashamed and like you should be hanging your head low – the staff makes you feel as if you’re really not a horrible person…

I opened up to Rebecca and opening up is something I’m not used to doing. She was wonderful. I know she can’t possibly understand what I am thinking/ feeling, but I know she tried.”
